Hi, I am Saurabh. I partner with leaders and teams to self-author their purpose and belief systems to succeed and thrive, find purpose, make an impact, and lead with presence. I conduct workshops and facilitated sessions on communications, emotional intelligence and developing a coaching mindset.

Who I work with

I typically work with people who are looking to increase their impact by removing the inner blockages that limit their thinking, restrict their impact, or prevent them from experiencing fulfilment.

I do not select clients based on job title, industry, or company size. What I look for in a client is a search for meaning and readiness to do deep inner work. I have worked with startup founders, entrepreneurs, managers and leaders in corporates.

What does this badge represent?

The Professional Certified Coach (PCC) is awarded by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), the leading global organization dedicated to advancing the coaching profession on meeting the following criteria:

• Completion of at least 125 hours of training that meets ICF guidelines for coaching principles, competencies and ethics
• Completion of at least 500 hours of coaching experience (at least 350 were paid) with at least eight clients
• Completion of 10 hours of mentor coaching with an eligible mentor coach
• Passed a performance assessment by submitting the audio recordings and transcripts of two coaching sessions
• Passed a knowledge assessment with > 70% marks

Career track

Before becoming a full-time coach in early 2021, I was a communications and branding professional for 20+ years in the banking, IT, consumer products, business services, and non-profit sectors, at organisations ranging from Fortune 500s to startups. I designed and executed communication strategy at global and regional scales in complex matrix environments for employee engagement, change management, crisis handling, reputation management, leadership positioning, and DEI, reaching audiences of up to 50k at a time.

Over time I was increasingly focused on partnering with global executives to establish their presence, engage their teams across countries, and be an effective spokesperson of their organisation in the media and at events. As their communications partner I would tailor the content and delivery of their messaging so that it was authentic to their leadership style while also aligned to organisational strategy. It also involved writing articles, speeches, quotes, and presentations on their behalf.

In parallel, I have international volunteer experience spread over 10+ years in facilitation and mentoring for personal development of youth from around the world.

Distilling the essence of my corporate and volunteer experiences, and realising that I find it meaningful to touch lives of people through my work, I transitioned into coaching in 2021.
